Urgent Requirement: a Finishing Civil Engineer, Arabic National onlyIqama must be transferable and available immediately for joiningRequirementsSupervise and monitor finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, cladding, ceilings, doors, windows, and joinery.Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.Ensure timely completion of finishing works within the project schedule.Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to site challenges.Verify material quality and ensure proper usage as per specifications.Assist in cost control, resource planning, and material management.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of experience in finishing works for building/construction projects.Strong knowledge of finishing activities, materials, and industry standards.Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management software is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines...……...Send us CVs
