Job Description

a small established HR consulting company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced HR Consultant professional with hands-on experience and success project implementation in OD/Total Rewards and HR Strategic parts to perform the follwoing :

  1. Conduct, Design and implement: HR Strategy , Org. structure/re-structure projects for SMEs clients.
  2. Design and implement JD Analysis & Evaluation.
  3. Design and implement OD , Total rewards programs, Salary & grading Structure for clients.
  4. HR policy.
  5. Organizational Design and effectiveness.
  6. Performance Management Framework and cycles.
  7. Change management programs and interventions.
