Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSEOversee and review the O&M services and activities and their implementation whilst monitoring theperformance of the PPP Contractors.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Review the implementation of the Water and wastewater O&M services provided by the PPP
Contractors
  • Ensure that the PPP Contractors responsibilities and obligations are fulfilled
  • Review the implementation of Enabling and Initiatives projects by the MOM Contractor and
provide progress reports.
  • Review and monitor the implementation of Asset Management Plans
  • Monitor the monthly performance of PPP Contractors and provide KPIs reports
  • Review the monthly, quarterly and annual reports submitted by PPP Contractors
  • Ensure that the Independent Auditors have access to all facilities, data, systems, logistic and all other information under PPP Contracts scope
  • Provide support and facilitate the intervention of Independent Auditors. Provide reports and data analysis to PPP Cluster GM
  • Review invoices submitted by PPP Contractors Review invoices submitted by the Independent Auditors Conduct meetings and communicate with stakeholders
  • Ensure that all quality, health, safety, security and environmental
procedures are well implemented by PPP Contractors Review the implementation and the update of 5 years? business plan under MOM Contracts
  • Facilitate the processing of various requests and advice on contractual matters related to water and wastewater and resolution of disputes
