Job Description

NOC Technician:

  1. Proper understanding of FTTx network to sort out the issues remotely.
  2. Must have NOC experience to understand the NOC environment.
  3. Must have experience of ticket management tool, starting from assigning till closure of ticket.
  4. Proper understanding of GUI interface for the isolation of issues.
  5. Ticket clearance within the SLA.
  6. Proper coordination with F.O and B.O and escalation of issues timely to meet the customer??????requirements.
