This group also brings in the portfolio of Digital Solutions, IoT, Smart Cities, Cyber Security, Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence for the service providers.CoE would enables the sales colleagues in sales regions to expand the reach of Network Services portfolio through innovative solutioning and compelling domain specific delivery capabilities. CoE would have be creating a pool of high end talent which would be having skills in the area of Sales , Pre-sales & Solutions, Delivery & Operations and Practrice.SME (regional) - ICT InfrastructureThe person will be responsible to help plan and validate overall designs for smart city ICT infrastructure including fixed network, mobile network, and Data Centre designs. The individual will also be managing the overall business-to-business relationships between Accenture, client, vendors, CSPs and regulatory bodies base through day-to-day interactions.

• Act as a strategic consulting partner to support Smart city development from ICT Infrastructure point of view
• Govern multiple partners and stakeholders and work as a bridge between customer, vendors, CSPs, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT), and other regulatory bodies.
• Help create, review, refine smart city network infrastructure designs for mobile network, access points and best in class technologies for optimal coverage.
• Technically validate on Transmission design for Backhaul Rollout.
• Validate BoQ for equipment proposed by vendors and third parties.
• Incorporate global best practices into the designs.
• Work with client to form infrastructure development and monetization strategy.
• Ensuring ICT Infrastructure readiness within project timeframe.
• Must have prior experience in backhaul network designs and rollouts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of a design that delivers cost reduction, quality, and a cohesive global approach to infrastructure deployment.
• Influence cross-functional organizations and ensure alignment with strategies across these groups.
• Develop strong relationships with business owners to understand their requirements and limitations and implement these into the category strategy and execution.
• Advise business owners on new or changed approaches to the category.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure business objectives are met, including briefing executives on large initiatives.
• Sound technical knowledge across the Telco domain with core competency on TX / Backhaul domains in Multivendor environment.
• Knowledge of GSM Architecture, 3GPP and 5GPP standards.
• Very good understanding and awareness of Telecom Operations, process, and procedures.
• Strong individual with the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels, including C-level people, government bureaucrats and ministers.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to motivate people across the organization to provide solutions
• Monitor the performance oftheir subordinate team members in their daily activities.Must delegate tasks and provide training to new employees, besides providing training on new telecommunication equipment to existing personnel.

• Strong experience in network infrastructure design and rollout.
• Familiar with law of the land ? governmental and regulatory guidelines.
• Ideal candidate must be based out in Riyadh, KSA or willing to relocate for long term project.
• Experience in sourcing processes and reviewing, analyzing, drafting designs, and negotiating terms with respect to major projects of medium/high complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player mentality. While this is an individual contributor role, collaborative team players will thrive in this fast-paced environment where the team relies on individual strengths as well as team strengths for individual and team wins.
• Ability and comfort to manage in a fast/ambiguous environment.
• Works well under pressure, ability to multitask, and comfortable working under minimal supervision.
