Network Consultant Responsibilities:?Basic configuration of Router and Switch? Cloud Administration on Microsoft Azure, involved in configuring virtual machines, storage, virtualnetwork, disks, resource group etc.? Basic configuration of Access lists, Network Address Translation (NAT), Virtual LANs (VLANs), etc.? Wireless Networking, Networking in Domain environment? Implementation, support, troubleshooting On Cloud as well as on premise Productionenvironment that includes Various Platform Azure and VMware for windows server management? Attend status meetings with internal and external clients? Create weekly report of migration & same update to Client on Weekly Call? Establishing strong client relationship through demonstration of industry knowledge,understanding client requirement & taking regular client feedback? Managing client expectations & identifying additional project details? Track, Manage & Own customer SLA uptime to avoid violations? Responsible for all aspects of all Service management tasks including incident, problem, andchange management? Interact with engineers in ensuring service assurance and meeting SLA? Sends daily, weekly, and other periodic communications, reports to prospects and potentialclients for developments and continuous connects
