Role:Supervises and diagnose network, hardware and software problem to ensure reliability and integrity of corporate data base are maintained.Accountabilities:1. Supervises and diagnoses network hardware and software problems and timely replace defective components to ensure reliability and integrity of corporate database.2. Plans, coordinates and implements network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware3. Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks including hardware/software support and special projects and performs routine network startup and shutdown procedures according to the IT programs and procedure.4. Plans, designs, implements, and maintain data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems including VoIP systems to meet client needs.5. Configures and maintains all Cisco Unified Communications Managers, voice gateways, and Unity voicemail systems that keep abreast with company standards.6. Assists in planning and coordinating with vendors and clients for network related hardware/software purchases to ensure product services and support according to the client needs and company standard.Measures:
