Relevant Experience : Minimum of 6-8 years of Experience in the relevant technologies.
Hands on experience on the mentioned skills for providing operational support & Regular Enhancements.
Should have strong Troubleshooting Technics to handle the Incidents reported. Able to identify the Root cause and work on Resolutions within the stipulated SLAs.
Strong at handling the Wide Area Networks, Dynamic Routing, and Firewall issues.
Able to manage multiple Environments like IT & OT.
Experience is Designing, Implementation and Migration on the relevant field is an added advantage.
Should have work experience in multivendor technology environment like Cisco, PaloAlto,BlueCoat,Forescout.
Ability to provide remote support and Arabic communication skills are added advantage.
Should have Incident, change and problem management concepts as part of operations.
Basics of widows/Linux and Cisco Unified communication skills.
Detailed Role includes.
Troubleshooting the Complex Network and Security related issues connected over MPLS Networks.
Handling the operational tasks related to Regional Datacenters connectivity, Branch Network issues, Communication between Site to Site over MPLS.
Working on Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Symantec proxies, wireless and Forescout NAC Solution.
Regularly performing the Enhancements, failover tests and upgrade activities on the products mentioned.
Troubleshoot the issues related to WAN Technologies, Dynamic routing, site to site communications issues, firewall communication issues.
Troubleshooting and onboarding firewalls managed through Panorama.
Should be actively involved in any minor or major incidents, integration issues, design issues? and provide resolutions.
Work along with vendors for any ongoing implementation and enhancement projects.
Strong at technical documentation and presentations.
