Job Description

The job holder is responsible for managing the the company?Network Operation Center (NOC) operations and team. Ensuring that all requirements necessary to protect the company?mission and core business processes are adequately addressed across the enterprise architecture.Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities

  • Follow all relevant management policies, processes, and procedures so that work is performed in an ethical, professional, and uniform manner
  • Manage day to day activities, budget, timeline, and resources and provide advice as needed on costs, design concepts, or design changes
Technical and Functional Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating the NOC team
  • Monitor Day to Day Networks operations center and activities ?
  • Coordinate NOC shifts and assure 24/7 monitoring
  • Assist to diagnose and solve networks and communication problems
  • Ensure the delivery of all NOC related projects.
  • Ensure that all regular health checks are carried out on all network components
  • Generate daily reports of Network status
  • Provide L2 support for network issues
  • Build and maintain NOC processes
  • Perform training and knowledge transfer to NOC team
  • Analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement
