Our client is looking to hire a Network Operation Center Manager/NOC Manager who will coordinate the network operations center teams.- Manage and coordinate the NOC team and ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without interruption.- Make sure that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to remain relevant.- Implements and evaluates the working of networking systems and stays abreast of new technologies emerging in the industry.- Come up with innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensures that customer needs are defined and met.- Supervise the work of junior employees and ensure that system requirements have been properly implemented and procedures carefully followed.- Coordinates the duty shift table for the NOC operations and carefully allocates staff members.Requirements- 7+ years of experience.?- Has prior experience handling a team of 30+ employees.?- Well versed in?Fault Management, Incident Management, SLA Management, Network KPI requirements, TCP/IP, Cisco Products,?Routing protocols, next level DC architecture, Cloud integrations etc.- Must have worked with Telco Internet Gateway Segment/Telco Core- Proven experience in NOC Automation- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
