Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Network Engineer Intern to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Network Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with our experienced network engineers and IT team to support and maintain our network infrastructure.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.
  2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  3. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network security and data privacy.
  4. Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  5. Assist in managing network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  6. Participate in network upgrade and expansion projects.
  7. Provide technical support to end-users regarding network connectivity and related issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology.
  9. Assist in implementing network monitoring and management tools.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve network-related issues.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  2. Basic knowledge of network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  6. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  9. Knowledge of network security best practices.
  10. Experience with network monitoring and management tools is a plus.
