Manages the deployment/installation/configuration of data networks in line with infrastructure requirements for running business operations.
Manages and monitors the data networks operation to ensure operational and performance excellence through minimization of network downtime, to support IT operations.
Liaises with IT Service Desk to identify any open tickets and ensures resolution of all incidents assigned in line with agreed guidelines and timelines.
Manages incident knowledge management tool, along with operational technical documentations to ensure adherence to established incident management guidelines.
Manages the execution of day - to - day maintenance activities of data networks to ensure all requisite measures are taken to prevent any breakdown in data networks.
Manages the roll out of new releases of network updates for data networks as and when required to ensure data network infrastructure is up to date.
Liaises with stakeholders from Shared Services Division to handle all escalations pertaining to data networks and ensures resolution of the same at the earliest.
Analyses all incidents of repeated systems failure for data networks and conducts root cause analysis to take requisite preventive measures for the same.
