National Partnerships Sr. SpecialistTo support in developing and maintaining relationships with State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Public Investment Fund (PIF) entities and Private sector entities to ensure alignment in Local Content methodology & tools, Local Content scoring, setting Local content annual targets as well as activating local content development initiatives in coordination with LCGPA internal stakeholders and LCGPA partners.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDESCRIPTIONBusiness Development? Support in the identification, evaluation and selection of new potential entities and strategic partners through attending meetings and making regular visits to SOEs, PIF entities and private sector to ensure generating opportunity leads and expand LCGPA?s influence in partnership with those entities? Coordinate with LCGPA internal teams (e.g. Corporate Communications, Local Content Development, Legal Affairs etc.) on a regular basis to keep all stakeholders informed on upcoming opportunities to ensure that LCGPA?s efforts are collaborative, minimize overlaps in interaction, and maintain partners? satisfaction.? Support in Coordination with LCGPA internal stakeholder and LCGPA partners to identify potential new local content development opportunities.Partnerships Engagement? Support in the development and maintenance of relationships and partnerships with State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Public Investment Fund (PIF) entities, and private sector to identify and launch Local Content initiatives and ensure alignments through an effective partnership governance between internal LCGPA stakeholders and LCGPA partners.Performance Monitoring? Conduct performance monitoring of Local Content initiatives and Local Content performance for SOEs and PIF portfolio of companies/entities to ensure that the entities meet Local Content requirements and target scores.Knowledge Transfer and Advisory? Support in the process of advising, supporting, guiding SOEs, PIF entities as well as private sector entities in addition to disseminate best practices towards implementing Local Content requirements and liaise with new entities to implement Local Content requirements in coordination with internal stakeholdersPolicies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports? Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure consistency of controlled activities.? Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.Related Tasks?
