Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and observant individual to join our team as a Mystery Shopper. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the quality of service provided by various businesses in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your feedback will play a crucial role in helping these businesses improve their customer experience.Responsibilities:

  1. Visit assigned businesses and evaluate their customer service, product quality, and adherence to company standards.
  2. Interact with employees and ask specific questions to gather information about the customer experience.
  3. Document your findings in a comprehensive report, including detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  4. Submit your reports within the designated timeframe.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during each evaluation.
  6. Attend training sessions to stay updated on evaluation criteria and expectations.
  7. Communicate effectively with the management team to address any issues or concerns.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Possess excellent attention to detail and strong observation skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to provide unbiased and objective feedback.
  5. Familiarity with the local culture and business environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  6. Prior experience as a Mystery Shopper or in a customer service role is preferred.
  7. Ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.
  8. Proficient in using electronic devices, such as smartphones or tablets, to record observations and submit reports.
