Join us and shape the future of banking.Job Purpose:To manage projects, prepare periodic and ad-hoc reporting, perform day to day operational duties and conduct business activities to grow channels business and increase ENBD revenue.

  • Create Business Case and Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
  • Gather user requirements from stakeholders.
  • Discuss the changes with Group IT / Vendor.
  • UAT testing and signoff.
  • Enhancing current services.
  • Increase channels usage.
  • eChannels Reports.
  • Send bulk SMS?s (promotion, customer reminder and customer alerts)
  • Manage SADAD and MOI requests (add biller, remove billers and modify)
  • ATM/CDM & Kiosk monitoring and first level of support.
  • Reduce traffic on branches.
  • Achieve business objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor performance and help in decision making.
  • Meet customers? need and satisfy regulators.
  • Meet compliance requirements.
  • Manage SAMA requests.
Person Specification:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or any related felid.
  • 3 Years Banking Experience (preferably in projects).
