About this opportunity We are now looking for an ASP (Authorized Supplier Provider) Manager for managed services domain (Operation and maintenance) to cover all MS operations in KSA. You will assure best value at procurement of (A)SP services in accordance to related scope. Have all needed information on supplier base in field maintenance operations and will act on supplier performance issues. Drive the Statement of Work (SoW) and Price models. Be a part of supplier evaluation, selection, and important metric requirements. Build and drive (A)SP forecasting and (A)SP Operational Governance Framework. Supervise the accurate contractual prices per agreed scope with the suppliers and conduct regular spending analysis. Work with EHS team to ensure health and safety (OHS) compliance of supplier. Liaison with the operation teams to prioritize and coordinate ASP work activities.What you will do

  • Handling of operation requests for new 3PP services/material.
  • Validate and ensure clear scope of work for all 3PP service/material.
  • Participate in tender technical negotiation and delivery models.
  • Third party pricing follow up with sourcing/procurement team.
  • Financial purchase to pay tracking and control.
  • Apply field services delivery process and models for third party management.
  • Standardization with MMEA ASP management and ASP related documentation.
  • Mentor and drive the onboarding of (A)SPs, leading and controlling (A)SP quality and budget.
  • Plan and maintain quality assurance performance in OHS (Health & Safety).
You will bring
  • Having Bachelor?s degree in Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience, at least 3 years in electromechanical field services (power and generator for mobile telecommunication infrastructure).
  • Deep knowledge in Managed Services field operation.
  • Excellent financial competence and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience in service delivery processes, models, and strategy.
  • Support with building and formulating strategies and concepts.
