Job Description

Overview:Support Functional Managers in business transformation to build mobility solution in their respective areas. Document solution and integrate it with the business flow, document scope for the implementation partner, internal teams, design user interface / user experience solution. Delivers the solution in with collaboration with implement partner and internal team as per solution design. Implement best industry practices which ensures value addition, flexibility, accountability and security.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead to complete project tasks as per project specifications and time lines i.e. requirement gathering, solution building, built solution, User Testing, go-live / rollout. Ensure project deliverables are met and new solution adds value to the organization.
  2. Lead smooth project rollout in collaboration with functional managers with no loss of revenue post project implementation.
  3. Ensure timely support to business users for issues of related applications and avoid loss to the business.
  4. Provide design for mobile user interface to ensure usability, navigation and consistency in business flow.
  5. Ensure selection of appropriate hardware which suites the business needs and is most economical to procure and maintain.
  6. Explore all opportunities in the business processes to implement mobility solution in collaboration with functional team. Support to build road map on mobility solution.
  7. Submit post solution deployment analysis on projected vs actual returns.
  8. Build mobility solution and hardware environment which ensures security from malware, data leaks, spams, breach of authentication, device theft etc.
  9. Implement and setup support system to ensure user experience excellence.
