Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Company and government authorities at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government officials, employees, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations and best practices in Government Portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, MOFA, MISA, ETIMAD etc.
  • Sustain high-standard operational efficiency & delivery excellence
  • Complete proximity to the defined process with thorough adherence of local immigration
  • Manage Quality & Service Level Agreement with min 99% of threshold
  • Focused competency building plans for the team
  • Structured approach towards technology transformations/process enhancement

  • Be first point of escalation for project-related challenges highlighted by Location PMO for all service delivery
