Job Description

Nationality: Arab Nationality onlyResponsibilities & Skills:MIS - Talent Management Program Data Base Management and Reports

  • Centrally Managing the employee wise database of all talent management programs and activities for All KSA (consolidating each Region)
  • Preparing?the program execution calendar for every program centrally (Consolidating all regions) and following up on the execution
  • Preparing regular program wise progress status reports for follow-up on each program with the employees and Operations leaders.
  • Talent pool Promotion & Attrition Analysis - Tracking certified employees promotion and attrition status regularly and providing status report
  • New Specialization and Course Creation in LMS platform & Uploading Learning Materials into LMS
  • Creating regular progress reports on LMS course completion by employee for every assigned courses to track learning
  • Providing technical support to regional talent management team for all LMS related challenges?
Online Survey Forms
  • Tracking participation and providing progress report to Regional Talent Development teams for follow-ups and closure
  • Analyzing data collected through online forms and Provide dashboards of outcomes from analysis?
Regional Talent Development Team Support
  • Providing LMS Course creation support for all Regions?
  • Creating content and tools to support program execution : Invitations, Certificates, Checklists, etc
Bilingual Content TranslationTranslating learning content English to Arabic and vice versaContent Development (Instructional Design)Supporting in learning content building (Using PPT, Word, Adobe, etc)?Training Delivery:Deliver Training Courses to employees as per requirements
