Data Management and Analysis:o Collect, organize, and maintain sales data from various sources, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.o Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.o Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights to the sales team and management.o Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support sales initiatives and strategy development. ? Reporting and Communication:o Develop and distribute regular sales performance reports, KPIs, and metrics to sales leadership and relevant stakeholders.o Present findings and insights to sales teams, enabling them to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives and projects. ? Training and Support:o Provide training and support to sales team members on how to effectively use MIS tools and systems.o Offer guidance on data entry, report generation, and best practices for data management.o Address and resolve system-related queries and issues from the sales team
