Job Description

Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Mills Manager to oversee operations at our state-of-the-art Wheat milling facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing milling operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the wheat milling process to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and oversee all plant operations to ensure the production of high-quality Wheat milling products.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet performance targets.
  • Manage and lead plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all aspects of plant operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and timely repairs to avoid production interruptions.
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and supply chain requirements to meet customer demands.
  • Implement and sustain quality assurance programs to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to align production with business goals.
  • Represent the company in regulatory inspections, audits, and industry events as required.
