Full package 15000 SRWe are looking for an Enterprise Resource Planning (Microsoft Dynamics ax 2012 R3 ) Functional Analyst . This is a twelve (12) month contract to hire position in Riyadh. In this role as an ERP Functional Analyst, you will be working with Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain modules and will be responsible for configuration, customization, security, integrity and on-going support of all functional user groups.?Responsibilities as an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics ax 2012 R3) Functional Analyst:-???????Build a complete Microsoft Dynamics ax 2012 R3 system for the company-????????Analyze business process issues and improvement opportunities to understand requirements and provide solution recommendations to the business and IT management as needed to optimize the use of the Microsoft Dynamics ax 2012 R3 Finance and Operation application and improve the end user experience.-???????????Manage users, security roles and Approval Workflows-???????????Document and assist users in defining business requirements, process maps and use cases.-???????????Investigate feature requests and new application features, understand software functionality and recommend appropriate solutions to drive business effectiveness and efficiency.-???????????Investigate problems with Microsoft Dynamics 2012 ERP modules, diagnose and perform root causes and resolve issues-???????????Develop user training materials and deliver end user training as required.-???????????Verify data integrity, functional integrity testing and data maintenance.-??????????Fulfill ad-hoc business reporting needs and assist with interpretation of data using SSRS and Power BI reporting tools. -???????????Establish a complete understanding of the system architecture and infrastructure components.-???????????Ability to aid in Microsoft d2012 R3 patch management and upgrade planning/execution.-???????????Support installation of new application features (new implementations and standard upgrades)-???????????Manage changes under change control to ensure system remains in a state of validation/regulatory compliance in line with site and corporate documentation, as well as, regulatory requirements.-???????Managing contracts with suppliers such as development platforms, telecommunications companies, and software and system licenses.-???????Understanding ASP.NET, C #, HTML, CSS, XML / XLT and MS Access-????????Diagnose and troubleshoot various technical problems.-???????Responsible for the following systems: Windows Server platforms (2008R2, 2012), SQL Server (2008, 2012), SSRS, BIDS / DataTools, MS Dynamics AX 2012
