Job Description

Technician_PSDS system (Platform Screen Door System)?

• ????????? Assist the PSDS System Team Leader in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications in the PSDS at platforms.
• ????????? Carry out routine inspections, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items, perform minor repairs and technical cleaning.
• ????????? Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions, operating rules and procedures to ensure compliance with the Maintenance requirements.
• ????????? Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of PSDS system, tools, and calibration of track circuits, work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system.
• ????????? Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the PSDS system Team Leader
• ????????? Implement and follow Permit to Work process
• ????????? Perform shift and emergency duties when required.
• ????????? Perform adjustments of PSDS in the platforms & also verify the functioning of the PSDS in coherence with the train doors.
• ????????? Perform roles necessary for the management of the safe system of works, including meeting tight maintenance schedules.

Technician: Track Rail System & third rail power system?????????? Assist the Track Supervisor in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications in the third rail power system & the track rail system.????????? Carry out routine inspections, unscheduled maintenance, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items, perform minor repairs and technical cleaning of all the third rail & track systems.????????? Perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement (repair in site or inside depot) on the third rail & track system (Mainline & depots).????????? Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions, operating rules and procedures to ensure compliance with the Maintenance requirements.????????? Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of third rail & track, tools,?????? and work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system(MMIS)????????? Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the track Supervisor????????? Implement and follow Permit To Work process????????? Implement the LOTO Procedure before to start working on the Point machines for any maintenance related activities????????? Perform shift and emergency duties when required.????????? Perform roles necessary for the management of the safe system of works, including meeting tight maintenance schedules.??Traction Power Technician??????????? Assist the Power Distribution Systems (PDS) Supervisor in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications in the PDS.????????? Carry out routine inspections, unscheduled maintenance, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items, perform minor repairs and technical cleaning of all electro-mechanical equipment?s in PDS.????????? Perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement (repair in site or inside depot) on the PDS system (sub-stations & depots).????????? Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions, operating rules and procedures to ensure compliance with the Maintenance requirements.????????? Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of PDS system, tools,?????? and work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system.????????? Perform and carry out duties as instructed/ directed by the PDS system Team Leader.????????? Implement and follow Permit to Work process????????? Perform shift and emergency duties when required.????????? Always implement the LOTO Procedure before to the access to the sub-stations for maintenance activities????????? Perform roles necessary for the management of the safe system of works, including meeting tight maintenance schedules.??Technician_Depot Equipments?????????? Carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications in depot equipment?s.????????? Carry out routine inspections, unscheduled maintenance, inspecting parts for surface defects, changing of consumable items, perform minor repairs and technical cleaning of all the depot equipment?s????????? Perform time sensitive fault diagnostics and component replacement on the depot equipment?s & track cleaning vehicles????????? Follow the appropriate maintenance procedures and instructions, operating rules and procedures to ensure compliance with the Maintenance requirements.????????? Produce and maintain accurate maintenance records of all depot equipment?s, tool and work accomplished and other information using a computerized maintenance management system.????????? Implement and follow Permit to Work process????????? Perform shift and emergency duties when required.????????? Perform roles necessary for the management of the safe system of works, including meeting tight maintenance schedules.????????? Assist and maintain good relationship with the external services personnel during the depot equipment maintenance.
