PepsiCo is universally recognized as one of the best companies in the world for leadership development.Job Purpose:Merchandising manager is responsible for leading the Merchandising Execution and Drive their KPIs, comparing sales data for products they handle and make recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store and manage the Merchandisers team performance.Mange the relationship with 3rd party of merchandising company, monitoring their performance and reporting and control payment processPrincipal Accountabilities:Monitors Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.Manage Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.Always maintain clean and fresh stock of SSFL products on the shelf.Monitor and report competitive activities.Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behaviour in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.Develop Best in Class Merchandisers ModelDevelop Merchandisers JPDevelop Merchandising CapabilitiesOwn Merchandisers Trackers and KPIsBe the focal person with the Merchandisers SuppliersLead Regional Merchandisers SVEnsure Execution Discipline and QualityTrack and Monitor Performance KPIsReport and Ensure Merchandisers HC Gap FillingKey Performance Measures:Execution Standard.Set Journey plan adherence.?#Locations: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia?Qualifications/RequirementsManagement skills experience direct sales team.Service-level oriented.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard RelocationJob Type:* RegularAnonymized data is stored for redirects to the career site tracking successful searches leading to job applications in effort to measure effectiveness of partners in sourcing job candidates and job searches.
