Job Description

Job Overview:Merchandising, Representative for fulfilling our clients orders on exact time & location along with bringing the new leads. Plan and manage product ranges, displays, and promotions Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Pharmacies and Store visits for regular checking of the Stock Level in the Region
  • Interact with clients professionally at all times.
  • Bringing New Leads.
  • Orders Fulfillment and Managing Deliveries.
  • Coordinating with the client?s warehouse in charge.
  • Supply & Logistics coordination Primarily with ( SMSA, AJEX, Road Logistics, etc.)
  • Collecting parcels and packages from the central Warehouse and delivering these to specific addresses.
  • Route planning to optimize efficiency and ensure parcels are delivered on time.
  • Conducting address verification before delivery.
  • Preventing damage or loss of packages during transit.
  • Obtaining signed receipts and confirmation of each delivery.
  • Communicating with the warehouse officer, receiving new delivery instructions, and providing status updates.
  • Maintaining Delivery Order (DO) records of parcel deliveries.
  • Provide friendly customer service to every client.
  • Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
  • Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
  • Keep the Car Clean All the Time.
  • Check Tire Pressure all the time.
