Implement all relevant procedures & instructions covering related activities so that relevant work requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.
Set daily and/or weekly priorities in line with the related activities.
Related Activities:
Assist in the policy issuance, alterations, renewal, the production of membership cards, policy documentation and packing, reminders and direct mail.
Follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction with performance of requested services.
Provide necessary technical assistance and support.
To issue all insurance documents in proper time.
Work closely with the Medical underwriting team in a supportive and effective manner.
Scanning Underwriting files.
Filtering documents received from sources (Channels).
Reports:
Prepare required written work related reports to keep your immediate manager/supervisor informed about the progress of assigned activities and to facilitate decision making.
Performance Indicators:
Procedures & instructions are carried out in a consistent & compliance manner.
Priorities are set in accordance with the related activities.
Support in implementing various underwriting processes.
Requested services are followed-up & completed in a timely manner.
Insurance documents are issued in a timely manner.
Underwriting documents are scanned in a timely manner.
