Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Supplies Sales Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Medical Supplies Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales of medical supplies in the region. You will be working closely with healthcare professionals and institutions to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Medical Supplies sales in KSA, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the medical supplies industry.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  2. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand the customer base
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments
  5. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure effective sales strategies and product offerings
  7. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the companys products and services
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a Medical Supplies Sales Supervisor or similar role in KSA
  2. Strong understanding of the medical supplies industry and market trends specially Medical Commercial Market.
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
  6. Self-motivated and result-oriented
  7. Flexibility to travel within the region as required
  8. Fluency in English and Arabic
