Job Description

We (Qadoom Medical Est.) are professional and experienced to gear up our new Start-up of Medical Devices Establishment situated in Riyadh. We are actively looking for a challenging Medical Sales Representative position. Job description:

  • Manage sales activities and achieve assigned Quota (Monthly, Quarterly, yearly) sales target for Medical Disposables related to hospitals (NUPCO) & food supplements / Pharma Products
  • Field engagement up to 80%. Ability to work under pressure and regular visits to hospitals / Pharmacies and related domains to generate sales Lead, Marketing & product demonstration.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop good relationships with customers and should generate sales leads.
  • Able to Handle CRM software & prepare all required electronic documentation and maintain logs related to Filed Visits & Customer/ KOL Details etc.,
  • Follow up payment and control overdue and should be aware of Medical Sale Cycle in Saudi Arabia.
  • Conducts hands on training on assigned products at any time or wherever request & identify to resolve client?s issues.
  • Provide up-to-date market feedback report.
  • Preferred to hire a Field Sales Rep with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience with ready-to-go customer in-hand.
  • Maintain proper collaboration & align with the assigned manager, including other team members, to ensure that implementation of all field operations is properly conducted for both customers and company benefit.
  • English proficiency and must have a driving license and own a car
  • Able to work Independently and ready to face challenges.
  • Must be broad-minded with Self-Starting approach.
  • Qualification: Any Science Graduate / Paramedic / Diploma or Higher school with relevant Medical Sales Experience.
