1.Position Summary: To undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature and manage the patients? specimens for whom he / she is responsible to the highest attainable standard of care within the resources of Sajaya Company.2.Organization RelationshipsReporting to: Laboratory Manager Responsible for: Performs analyses, tests and procedures while ensuring accuracy of the patient test results per established Laboratory Standards.Liaises With: Patients, and internally with all services concerned and Head of Department3.Position Accountability /Job Duties:Perform analytical tests on patient specimens.Record and maintain specimen and test results log book.Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.Preparing reagents as required.Ensure that stock management and inventory is updated, and supplies and reagents are within the expiration dates and stored on their specific temperature storage.Perform proficiency testing and competency assessment.Implement appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the company?s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality/ Performance Improvement.
