Job Description

Submit, coordinate, organize, and complete complex approvals with the insurance providers through the approved providers platforms.Prepare, compile and maintain data, daily reports, and patient approvals records.Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of various patients documents and maintain the confidentiality of materials and information.Update, follow-up, and review all insurance patients? related documents on a daily basis.Contacting patients once the approval is replied to by the insurance provider, in case there is rejection or pending due to further information required from either the patient or the CRC.Requesting approvals for insurance patients based on received tasks from the related department on the CRC system based on:

  • Zero remaining session balance for patients under treatment.
  • Tasks requests to send an approval, for new patients or after a temporary stop.
Continued development for insurance cycle:
  • To expedite serving the patients, and follow up on submitted requests until received the final response from the provider.
  • Decrease the rejections to a minimum.
  • Speed up the continued approvals for the same patient, with no delay.
Follow up on daily basis on the submitted tasks with other departments as well as the rejections that were sent to Dr. Al Sabbagh and update the daily report accordingly.Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, with related KPIs, and providing the related information whenever requested by the direct manager.Communicate effectively and respond with patients, the operations staff, the call center, and another related department.The position of Approvals Clerk is created to serve all the CRC branches and/or as directed by the direct manager and which will serve the general organizations interest
