Urgent Require Mechanical Technician Fitters in the field of Oil & Gas piping, Construction and Installation related.Requirements:•6-8 years of experience in the construction field with installation of pipes, and heavy equipment and worked at site.•Experienced in Installing piping, compressors, pumps, vessels, and chillers as per the engineering drawing provided.•Experienced in Pipe alignment, leveling and terminating at the tie points.•Experienced in belt alignment and leveling of the compressor/pump motors.•Experienced in High-pressure (250-600 bar) tubing.•Knowledge of Process piping, welding, and bending of pipes.•Knowledge of how the NDT and RT are done. What tools and arrangements are required to perform these activities•Experienced in preparing the welding joints, grinding, and cutting activities.•Knowledge of using machinery like cranes, forklifts, man lifts, etc required for installation of heavy equipment.•Knowledge of cone and thread fittings is an added advantage.•Experience in handling MP/HP Fittings, and instrument installation.•Experience in plumbing piping and water lines.•Experience in structural erection like pipe racks, pipe supports, etc.•Perform installation as per drawing and report any deviation if found.•Documenting processes and reporting the construction activities to the directed authority.•Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve efficiency during installation.•Read and interpret technical installation drawings.•Read and interpret Piping Isometrics•Reads and interprets test plans and procedures•Carry out work instructions as given by the Supervisor and construction manager.•General construction, welding, and some finish work.•Housekeeping of the site.•Working at the site safely is a paramount and key requirement. Knowledge about life-saving rules.•Some knowledge of electrical stuff is an added advantage.•Experienced in working at height, lifting heavy equipment and placing equipment safely on the foundation.•Read foundation drawings to place the equipment according to the drawings.•Adhering to the safety standard laid by the client is a must.Salary, 3000 SR + Benefits.
