*Verify the SAP system for outstanding notifications, their clear scope, duplication of notifications, visits the field & seeks further clarification with the Notification originator for planning & scheduling the job.*Prepare the maintenance package and assigns corrective work orders to Notifications released by Operations / Initiator, plan resources (Material, Services, and Manpower) required for the related WO & schedule the jobs accordingly with concurrence of Notification initiators & priority of notifications.*Checks SAP for PM03 (system generated Preventive Maintenance Work orders). Plan resources (Material, Services, work force) required for the related WO & schedule the jobs accordingly with concurrence of area owner.Identifies materials & services availability for the work orders and prepare purchase requisitions, reserves, and materials for the non-available services or materials for all WO with appropriate user status including held for shut down ones and upload that to SAP work order.*Follow up with Materials & Contracts section & GPS for releasing of PO / delivery of the required services or material or both.*Work order Planning & resources and Coordinating to various craft during Planning.*Run Meridium and extract all inspection recommendations to create proper SAP work order.*Generates reports for pending work orders on weekly basis & takes appropriate actions to reduce the pending work orders by coordinating with concern supervisor.*Ensure all work orders are technically completed for all confirmed SAP operations.
