Job Description

  • Performing inspections of equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that safety precautions are being followed
  • Conducting research on new technology or techniques that may be applied in the workplace
  • Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and tools used in restaurants operation processes
  • Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, tools, and other items used in restaurants operation processes
  • Installing and repairing equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, boilers, Gaz network, firefighting network along with HVAC & plumbing services.
  • Helping to develop a maintenance plan for equipment to ensure that it stays in good working condition over time
  • Performing tasks such as cleaning machinery or parts to remove dirt or other contaminants that could cause problems during an operation
  • Evaluating possible causes of machinery failures and taking corrective action where needed
