Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our team in the construction and civil engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical estimation, capable of providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring efficient project budgeting. This role involves analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure financial and technical feasibility.Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine material, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Bid Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids for construction projects. Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure all requirements are included in the bid.
  • Technical Analysis: Evaluate mechanical design and engineering details to assess cost implications. Provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.
