Mechanical Engineer will design, fabricate, manufacture, integrate, qualify, package and take up all tasks related to mechanical engineering in the Radar and Communication Systems.
Computer Aided Design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM).
Structure Analysis and Design
Thermal Analysis and Design
Precision Design and Manufacturing.
Antenna and Radome mechanical design and manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of electronics systems.
Motor Control and Integration. (Stepper, servo etc.)
Mechanical Control Systems, antenna precision systems.
Packaging systems for prototyping and productization.
To read and interpret assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications.
Reverse Engineering.
Project Management experience.
Work within set budgetary plans for the project.
Environmental hardening experience including thermal, vibration, humidity, rain, sand/dust design, design, testing and qualification.
Familiarity with Project management, systems engineering and documentation.
Communicate with clients and venders to obtain materials and/or equipment needed.
