Job Description

  1. Deliver training solutions and or personally conduct training program in areas of expertise to ensure that training is delivered to meet individual?s need.
  2. Plan using the Standards of Learning, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all trainees.
  3. Effectively engage trainees in learning by using a variety of instructional strategies in order to meet individual learning needs.
  4. Systematically gather, analyze, and use all relevant data to measure trainee academic progress, guide instructional content and delivery methods, and provide timely feedback to both trainees and stakeholders throughout the Academic year.
  5. Use resources, routines, and procedures to provide a respectful, positive, safe, trainee-centered environment that is conducive to learning.
  6. Maintain a commitment to professional ethics, communicates effectively, and takes responsibility for and participates in professional growth that results in enhanced trainee learning.
  7. Continuously update on the skills and competency requirements of the divisions that may impact the current curriculum.

  9. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, continuously refining content and methods to enhance the learning experience.
  10. Team up with proficient individuals in particular fields to scrutinize training prerequisites, structure curriculum, and produce captivating learning resources, covering presentations, online modules, and experiential learning.
