  • Manage internal communications for the IBM Middle East and Africa business.
  • Own and implement an executive and employee communications strategy with clearly defined objectives and measurements across MEA, combining strategic communications advice with operational ability to execute.
  • Manage executive communications for the General Manager of IBM MEA.
  • Responsible for all content-driven communications for the IBM MEA General Manager with key focus on message consistency, narrative development, executive presence, and storytelling ability.
  • Single point of contact for MEA Internal and Executive Communications including channel management and internal communications tools and processes ? both offline and online.
  • This includes creative visual storytelling through multiple mediums, designing speaking opportunities and internal team experiences, senior leadership team meetings and cross-company communications, as well as growing social media impact.
  • Act as a trusted partner to MEA senior leaders, developing a consistent approach for executives to communicate aligned to localization of global and EMEA campaign narratives.
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Sales leadership teams, BU leaders and country/region GMs and business communication champions to effectively delivery timely and relevant internal communications.
