Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in any engineering field from a well-known international university. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance projects. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required for this position. The candidate should be a resident of Saudi Arabia and have a transferable iqama.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement maintenance planning and scheduling strategies using Maximo CMMS.
  2. Review and analyze equipment data, maintenance history, and operational requirements to develop comprehensive maintenance plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  4. Create and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance programs and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Lead and coordinate the execution of maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians, troubleshoot equipment issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  8. Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and systems.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in maintenance planning and programming.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in any engineering field from a well-known international university.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance projects.
  3. Experience in computer programming, especially in Maximo program, and the ability to train the team to use programs related to operation and maintenance.
  4. Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
  5. Resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama.
