Review GPS plan, master production schedules and work orders.
Responsible for accurate, timely and economical inventory considering stock levels and inventory policies, in order to achieve a feasible medium term production plan
Maintain the day?s inventory outstanding (DIO) at business target level.
Review weekly purchase order releases to suppliers.
Place an order according to the approved and adjusted materials plan.
Follow-up on the supplier for the placed materials orders.
Follow-up with custom clearance team on shipments status.
Escalate to procurement any delay/ issues with suppliers whenever needed.
Work jointly with procurement to develop a reliable and efficient suppliers base.
Answer any shortages and track daily requirements and weekly shipments.
Maintain accurate purchasing data (lead-time, safety stock level, etc.)
Monitor vendor shipment schedules for on-time delivery
Use company equipment/ resources properly and safely and adhere to safety regulations.
Actively seek opportunities for improvements in the supply chain.
Perform special assignments as delegated.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Job Qualifications:
Dairy /FMCG experience
2-3 years? experience in a related industry
Bachelor?s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain or Similar business field.
