Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Material (C&A) section, overseeing procurement, inventory management, and logistics for construction materials.
Develop and implement strategies for sourcing materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define material requirements and specifications.
Monitor market trends and pricing for construction materials to inform procurement decisions and bidding processes.
Manage the inventory of materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely delivery to meet project schedules.
Prepare and present reports on material usage, procurement performance, and cost analysis to senior management.
Implement best practices in procurement and inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all procurement activities.

(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)
