Key Responsibilities:

Lead the bidding process for materials, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Analyze market trends and material costs to inform bidding strategies and procurement decisions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define material requirements and specifications for bids.
Review and evaluate bid submissions, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints.
Prepare and present bid proposals to senior management and project teams, outlining strategies and recommendations.
Monitor and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
Implement best practices for bidding and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in material procurement and bidding.
