About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to join our growing team at FNP. In this role, you will manage our presence across various online marketplaces, ensuring product listings are optimized, orders are processed efficiently, and performance is continuously monitored and improved.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with e-commerce platforms, analyzing data, and contributing to the growth of a leading gifting and lifestyle brand.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain product listings across multiple online marketplaces.Ensure product information, images, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Generate and analyze sales and performance reports.Optimize listings and marketplace strategies to increase visibility and sales.Handle marketplace-related issues, returns, and customer queries when required.RequirementsGood command of English.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY
