Job Description

Objective:Implementing the marketing campaigns on ground and preparing marketing strategies, plans and objectives on a monthly basis. Planning and organizing the marketing materials required for the campaigns and following up on the execution of the plans on-ground and monitoring the performance on ground of the campaigns. Updating the marketing calendar, filling the marketing activity tracker and effectively communicating our product range and benefits and supporting new product launches, in compliance with the regulatory framework and working within the assigned budgets and resources1Brand activity plans

  • Executing and monitoring of activity plans and communication
  • Ensure implementation of windows and in-store materials on time and taking pictures and sharing
  • Preparing the brand activity guide on a monthly basis and following up on it
  • Supporting in sourcing local GWP
  • Following up on the execution of all Marketing Materials in store
  • Social Media Monitoring for the brand and for competitor?s
  • Work on monthly influencers plans for each brand as per the BU?s strategic objective
  • Marketing Activities Tracker follow up on a monthly basis (change of web banners, posts, Ads templates)
2Effective communication
  • Manage the daily relationship and interaction with agencies and the principal
  • Communicating with the production agencies the status of production of Marketing Elements
  • Follow up on the logistics on all shipments and deliveries to stores.
3Marketing support spend
  • Keep track of the monthly brand spending and reporting full spend report to the Marketing Manager
  • Ensure delivery of services and products
4Building the Brand
  • Conduct market research and identifying trends and monitoring competitors
  • Support the marketing department in planning, executing, and tracking of marketing activities on ground (Influencers? visits to the stores, executing all the marketing props and windows in stores, etc)
  • Marketing Materials (Print Materials) delivery to stores and execution follow up
5Collections support
  • Support in developing and delivering product launch plans and support
  • Execute consumer promotions and activation as per Marketing Manager direction and brand plans
  • Follow up on the brand activity and marketing materials that supports the collection
  • Follow up on the visual merchandising of the collections and their displays in store
