alfanar has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.Industrial Complex, RiyadhThe center of alfanar?s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar?s facilities.The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.Job PurposeThis position exists to assist in performing marketing production activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Functional Responsibilities
  • Defining the specification regarding marketing production materials (display boards and walls)
  • Supporting in production process according to the given specifications with supplier.
  • Supporting & supervising the implementation process of Exhibitions ?seminars.
  • Checking quality of the achieved jobs regarding marketing materials (Display boards - SDB?etc.).
  • Looking for solutions regarding the marketing materials.
  • Issuing sample requests ? transferring of marketing materials - getting the marketing materials from store upon sample request.
  • Following up with suppliers of production for marketing materials
General ResponsibilitiesHR Proficiency:
  • Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
  • Ensure effective communication with peers and managers and show openness to directions and feedback.
Delivery:
  • Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
Problem-Solving:
  • Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems.

  • Follow quality requirements and specifications for services, processes, or related activities.

  • Execute and comply related tasks as per defined policies, procedures, and work instructions
