Job Description

Objectives:??The Company is one of the leaders in hospitality business with Headquarter in Riyadh and operating a chain of reputable Retails food Outlets and Signature Restaurants in KSA and the region.?It is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to handle all Marketing related activities.?He/she will be responsible of?handling?Online and Offline?Marketing, creating?Brand Identity and Brand Image,?building?Customer Awareness and Satisfaction,?planning,?and?executing?Marketing Strategy, managing?CRM?and generating profits.???Marketing Manager?Responsibilities:??

  • Develop, implement and track marketing programs that increase brand exposure?
  • Prepare and present marketing strategy and objectives to the CEO?
  • Partner with Restaurant and Catering Managers to plan and execute sales building activities that increase customer count and improve sales?
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for enhancing the brand recognition?
  • Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with restaurant?
  • Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs?
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies?
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies?
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads?
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly?
  • Meet with the sales and marketing team to discuss online and offline marketing strategies?
  • Design and implement online marketing strategies across all digital platforms?
  • ?Develop social media strategies and manage the company?s social media platform and web advertising?
  • Prepare and monitor the Marketing budget?
