Job Description

Our client is a leading retail company based in Riyadh, with a diversified businesses activity. The company is looking for a Marketing Manager who can develop, plan and execute marketing plans, programs & strategies, as well as supervising all advertising & marketing operational activities to attract new customers as well as maintaining the good relations with the existing ones.Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination & participation with the top management in order to develop Long & short-term business strategies that will be aiming to achieve the company?s objectives
  • Supervising the implementation of the targeted & approved plans/strategies and reviewing their effectiveness on ongoing basis
  • Coordination with the concerned departments to develop plans that able to promote the products in order to increase sales as well as achieving the company?s objectives & targets
  • Supervising the status of the competing companies in terms of sales volume, market share, prices, and products quality, and setting plans to achieve a head start in competition
  • Supervising studies & questionnaires related to customers needs & market development , studying their results and working on developing appropriate plans
  • Supervising the advertising operations used with the need to develop new and innovative means of advertising
  • Supervising the implementation of the marketing & promotion plans and introducing the company through marketing & promotional campaigns, festivals and offers
  • Supervising the use of various means of advertising, whether audio, visual or written, to increase and attract more customers
  • the use of E-Services & E-Marketing in the marketing process, to achieve the aimed goals and to reach to the largest segment of customers at the lowest costs
  • Preparing periodic reports to the CEO on the work progress and achievements
