Job Description

Our Riyadh-based clienta market leader in unifying corporate, non-profit, and governmental sectors is seeking a Marketing and Communication Director.Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for our client and their Associations in collaboration with other cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with Policy and Research team on finding and maintaining smooth communication both internally and externally.
  • Conduct and lead consumer research, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead all social media efforts.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with department heads.
  • Directing the development and implementation of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expand partnerships with social media influencers to increase our client and the association?s brand reach and equity.
  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and modify them as needed.
  • Plan and lead events to build and strengthen the public image and thought leadership positioning. Design, develop and distribute consistent creative, messaging, and branding throughout different communication touchpoints.
  • Develop an annual marketing budget/calendar while keeping track of the resources at hand.
  • Develop an annual social media calendar with paid media bursts.
  • Build and maintain all our client?s social media channels from content and asset development to CRM and Engagement.
  • Keep track of performing aspects of the marketing strategy at all levels of the business.
