Job Description

Our client is a leading regulated Wealth Management company in the Market that preserves multi-generational wealth of clients in the GCC. It identifies investment, assess Return on Investment, and manage clients? portfolios.It is currently looking for a Market Research Manager to join its team.The Market Research Manager is responsible for deploying initiatives that enable client-facing teams (Relationship Managers) to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively with respect to sales and revenue growth. This involves building a deep understanding of the market and providing a steady funnel of leads through pro-active top-down research and detailed local & regional database analyses.Market Research Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall lead generation strategy with RMs feedback and executive management guidance
  • Ensure a consistent and sustainable flow of heavily researched prospects/leads in line with established targets
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end sales enablement performance of Personal Assistants
  • Manage the CRM system inputs as appropriate and assure that entries are timely and accurate
  • Take an active lead in the training and development of Personal Assistants
  • Support Relationship Managers in various ad hoc projects and initiatives, including but not limited to preparing presentations
  • Review and prepare performance reports as required and ensure that presentations/ reports are updated on a regular basis.
