We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manpower Onboarding Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the onboarding process for our workforce, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into their respective positions. You will play a critical role in ensuring our organization has the manpower needed to meet business demands.As the Manpower Onboarding Supervisor, you will work closely with department managers and human resources to ensure a seamless onboarding process. This will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure necessary paperwork is completed, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating effective communication channels between new hires and their supervisors. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining accurate onboarding records to provide vital metrics and data on the effectiveness of our onboarding program.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. You should have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
