Bachelor?s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a supervisory role within Talent Acquisition field.
Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.

Experience in using Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors System.
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

Main Responsibilities

Utilize the full cycles of recruitment & onboarding modules in SAP SuccessFactors.
Manages the recruitment budget for each division.
Manages the Recruitment & Onboarding team and ensures them continues professional development.
Enhance the hiring experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the Onboarding process.
Oversee the candidate information system in accordance with daily operational needs
Lead and mentor the Recruitment & Onboarding team to achieve the departmental goals.
Design and execute effective Recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
Identify and implement best practices to improve the Recruitment process and candidate experience.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Work closely with senior management to understand the strategic goals and workforce needs of the organization.
